The official rate of the hotel. A guaranteed reservation is considered to be a reservation for which a prepayment of 1 day has been received to the hotel account. Cancellation of the guaranteed reservation according to the tariff is possible in the following terms no later than 1 day before the expected arrival date. However, the hotel reserves the right to withhold a cancellation fee of 500 rubles. Cancellation of a guaranteed reservation less than 1 day before the expected arrival date is made with a 100% prepayment deduction.
